The Project Management Officer (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for promoting project operation performance, managing delivery projects, and ensuring effective communication and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Promotes the overall project operation performance and improves project efficiency of delivery projects.
• Takes charge of the appraisal, incentives, and task management of delivery projects.
• Manages delivery projects in a standardized manner, and releases regulations and processes.
• Manages the communication of delivery projects, releases project progress, problems, and risks, and reports to internal and external departments.
• Implements the delivery project management regulations and applies them in the EPMS.
• Takes charge of the manpower planning, team building, and manpower ledger release.
• Provides support for administration and logistics, visa application, and other services.
• Provides operation support for delivery projects, including compliance, internal control, information security, and health and safety.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Chinese or any field.
• Prior experience as Project Admin or management is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
• Fluency in Chinese (at least HSK 5) and English Language are preferred.
