Ziehl-Abegg (HQ in Kuenzelsau, Germany) is one of the leading global companies in the field of ventilation, control and drive technology. In the 1950s, Ziehl-Abegg established the basis for modern fan drives: external rotor motors which even today are still seen as state-of-the-art worldwide. Another area of business is electric motors which provide the power, for example, for elevators, medical applications (computer tomography equipment) or deep-sea underwater vehicles. Ensuring optimal customer service and information. Consolidation and expansion of the ZA market position through efficient technical support for the sales organization. Ensuring rapid processing of customer inquiries and orders.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

1. Providing technical advice to customers and sales staff
2. Technical and commercial quotation and order processing in close cooperation with international customers, sales and internal specialist departments
3. Development of solutions for new applications
4. Preparation of customer project inquiries including technical specifications
5. Customer and employee training
6. Creation of customer and working documents such as technical descriptions, documentation.
7. Creation of application aids and guidelines
8. Standardization of processes
9. Standardization of components and options
10. Monitoring market trends

คุณสมบัติ

1. Technician or engineer (Bachelors degree), specializing in electrical engineering / electronics, with practical relevance to our products.
2. Independence and ability to work independently
3. Willing to travel within Thailand and overseas, flexibility and a high level of personal commitment in an international environment
4. Strong interpersonal skills and moderation skills
5. Good organizational skills
6. Positive communication skills, especially in English
7. Experience with ISO 9001, 140001, 45000 is preferable.
8. Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
