Senior Management - Technology Risk Tool (ERM/ GRC), Technology, Bangkok
เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the ERM (GRC) system to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently, addressing technical issues promptly as they arise.
- Provide extensive support to ERM (GRC) system users, offering guidance on effective system use, answering questions, and resolving user concerns. Act as the main contact for troubleshooting and collaborate with IT and other relevant teams for swift issue resolution.
- Continuously enhance the ERM (GRC) system to keep it modern, efficient, and aligned with the organization’s evolving needs by implementing new features, improving functionality, and staying current with technological advancements.
- Regularly assess business requirements and ensure the ERM (GRC) system meets these needs. Work closely with business units to understand their requirements, making necessary adjustments to effectively support business objectives.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are proficient in using the ERM (GRC) system, including creating training materials, organizing workshops, and providing hands-on sessions.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, encouraging employees to exchange experiences and best practices related to ERM (GRC) system use, thereby promoting a collaborative and supportive organizational environment.
คุณสมบัติ
- Proven years of relevant experience in GRC, IT risk management, or a similar area.
- Skilled in managing and operating GRC systems such as RSA Archer, MetricStream, or ServiceNow GRC.
- Strong ability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge of IT governance regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and tools, including NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.
- Proficient in communicating risk-related information to stakeholders at all levels in both Thai and English.
- Excellent skills in providing support and training for GRC system users.
- Dedicated to staying informed on the latest trends and advancements in GRC and risk management.
- High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive information and decision-making.
