• Lead new concepts, ideas, initiatives, press tours, conferences and projects to manage creative PR activities providing information and news as planned to build positive image and increase customer bases for Central Department Store (CDS)
• Develop PR plans including strategy, goals, key messages, media target, influencers, budget, tactics, timeline, and KPIs with strong insights
• Develop information and news about opening, new branches, and products to provide updated information to offline/online media, and target group
• Build and maintain good relationships with journalists, including managing interesting and useful topics and articles
• Coordinate with internal and external organization and business units to support the operations effectively within lead-time
• Cooperate and manage the work of influential people of the social media sphere, control the execution of influencers
• Search for decent influencers suitable for the initiatives, and build long-lasting relationships
• Develop media relations strategy, seek high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
• Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contracts within business and industry media
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests
• Recommend ways to enhance image on the basis of trends
• Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology as well as relevant rules and regulations to apply in the operation efficiently
• Clarify company and campaign’s point of views through projects to main audience, media via press releases and interviews
• Develop PR materials: press releases (including factsheets and kits), newsletter, media interview Q&A, management speeches, byline articles, relevant artworks, infographics, etc.
• Monitor social, economic, and political trends that might affect the company
• Engage in dialogue and interact with both internal managements and executives as well as the broader constituents affected by projects and policies
• Monitor, measure and analyze PR results with reports for most efficiency
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and relationships
• Develop and implement crisis communications advices and appropriate responses if needed
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communication Arts, Marketing, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience working in Public Relations in leading team
• Strong relationship with media and influencers with full understandings of their needs
• Understanding in marketing related to company businesses
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced/rapidly changing environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication proficiency in Thai and English, both verbal and written
• Pro-active personality with analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Proven working experience in PR with track record designing and executing successful initiatives at both local and national level
• Excellent communication, presentation, time management and leadership skills
• Attention to details
• Solid experience with social media and event management, strong project management skill.
