• Pre-employment MCU Review: To analyze medical check-up (MCU) results of potential candidates and advise HR on fitness status based on company standards.
• Annual Health & Wellness Program: To collaborate with HR to prepare, review, and analyze annual MCU results, and design tailored health and wellness programs.
• Employee Consultations: To schedule consultations for employees requiring further medical evaluation based on MCU results, especially for those with temporary unfit statuses.
• Rehabilitation & Follow-up: To provide support and follow-up for temporarily unfit employees, ensuring smooth rehabilitation processes.
• Medical Referrals: To issue referral letters for additional medical examinations upon request from the company.
• Workplace Health Inspections & Training: To conduct regular health inspections, talks, and training in coordination with the EHS team to improve workplace health standards.
• Risk Reporting & Prevention: To prepare reports on potential workplace hazards and provide recommendations for safety improvements.
• Health Impact Monitoring: To monitor and address potential work-related health issues and develop preventive measures.
• Occupational Health Education: To lead programs aimed at disease prevention and health promotion.
• Medical Preparedness & Emergency Response: To ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements for emergency medical preparedness and responses.
• Regulatory Updates: To stay informed about health and safety regulations in Indonesia and provide updates and recommendations to the EHS Manager.
• Post-graduate qualifications in Occupational Medicine (Magister Kesehatan Kerja) or Public Health (Magister Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat or Magister Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja).
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or manufacturing industry setting.
• Certification in Hiperkes, and valid STR, ATLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Strong networking skills with local health authorities and community providers.
• Excellent communication skills with a quality service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel across West and East Java (Cileungsi, Bekasi, Cikarang, and Gresik).
