Senior Finance & Accounting Manager

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Providing effective financial controls for the organization
• Compliance with the company's financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with principal, lending institutions and the financial community, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports.
• Enhancing and managing company working capital to maximize shareholder value
• Supervision over general accounting, treasury, internal auditing, principal accounting, and budgetary controls.
• Development, analysis, and interpretation of statistical and managerial accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness.
• Oversee and account for principal practice in accordance with principal agreement.
• Develop and maintain the company's system of accounts and utilize automated financial system to ensure the correctness and completeness on all company transactions and assets.
• Coordinates with headquarter to directs the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institutes and maintains other planning and control procedures and analyzes and reports variances including conduct financial project as required by group.
• Tax management and planning to be in line with local legal, regulation requirements
• Supervise and delegates all responsible staff accountants for efficient outcome and effective effort to accomplish accounting objectives
• Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel in the Finance department including to recommend training requirements in order to keep the staff at the highest level of skill necessary to meet company needs and objectives.
• Enhancing and managing company working capital to maximize shareholder value
• Evaluates and recommends insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities.
• Providing effective financial controls and internal control for the organization
• Maintain good relationship and interact with internal and external auditor and liaises with revenue department, other related authorities and its relationships with principal, lending institutions and the financial community
• Other duties as assigned.
