เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้

The Collection Officer is responsible for managing overdue customer accounts through phone collections, site visits, and legal actions, while coordinating with sales and accounting departments.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Phone collection to overdue customers.
• Site visit the customer to negotiate and collect the overdue payment of customers.
• Make overdue collection report.
• Manage the overdue customers with legal action.
• To be a consult of collection related regulation.
• Coordinate with sales department and accounting department for payment of overdue customers.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in any field.
• Has basic knowledge in leasing/ Banking/ financial institution business in collection field.
• At least 2 years-experienced in phone collection.
• Knowledge of Commercial Law or Civil Law (preferable but not a must).
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Other related with debt collection.
• Strong adaptability on business trips.
• Can drive a car and have a car driving license.
