The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while enhancing efficiency.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
• Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency
• Prepare and maintain reports on inventory, shipments, and personnel
• Coordinate with other departments to meet operational needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory and equipment
• Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management or any related field
• At least 3 years working experiences in Warehouse Operation
• Experiences in Automotive Manufacturing, Steel, Chemical, DG will be an advantage
• Experience in improvement activities such as Kaizen, KYT, QKY, 5S
• Has logical & analytical thinking, problem solving skill and Self-Oriented.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Excellent computer literacy
