YANMAR is a leading diesel engine manufacturing company with more than 100 years in history. The engines are used in a wide range of application, including seagoing vessels, construction equipment, agricultural equipment and generator sets.
In Thailand, we have established the business over 40 years with strong presence in the region and due to the business expansion, we are urgently seeking for a highly-motivated individual to join our professional team work.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts related to legal and compliance matters.
• Maintain and organize records of legal agreements, compliance activities, and communications.
• Ensure alignment of compliance activities with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that Yanmar S.P. complies with Yanmar Group’s global code of conduct.
• Implement and oversee the self-check process to assess compliance across various categories of the code of conduct.
• Review self-assessment reports and provide feedback or corrective actions as necessary.
• Address and resolve any compliance issues that arise.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent; Master’s degree (LL.M) is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or risk management roles, preferably within a multinational corporation.
• Strong knowledge of Thai legal system and regulations, with experience in contract law and corporate compliance.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Thai languages, Japanese language is a plus.
