The Field Collection Officer is responsible for conducting field visits to collect overdue payments from customers and managing payment agreements.

• Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments from customers.
• Negotiate payment plans and agreements with delinquent customers.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
• Monitor payment progress and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Oversee office equipment and supplies.

คุณสมบัติ

• Candidate must own at least a Diploma from Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
• At least 1-2 years of working experience as a Field Collector or similar role.
• Proven ability to negotiate and resolve disputes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
