The latest product line is established under brand Faclite. The products have been well received by many customers for both indoor and outdoor applications such as factories, warehouses. billboard producers, sport stadiums, office buildings, churches and temples. เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• ดำเนินการให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำการเคลื่อนย้ายและใช้พื้นที่ในการจัดเก็บ วัตถุดิบและชิ้นส่วนให้เหมาะสมกับงานที่และสิ้นเปลืองน้อยที่สุด
• ดำเนินการจัดการสต็อกและการบริหารจัดการการหมุนเวียนของวัตถุดิบและชิ้นส่วน
• ดำเนินการจัดทำWork Instruction,SWS ตามส่วนหน้างานทั้ง วัตถุดิบและสินค้าสำเร็จรูป
• ดำเนินการจัดทำแผนการตรวจนับชิ้นส่วนและสินค้าคงคลัง
• ดำเนินการจัดทำรายงานการตรวจนับวัตถุดิบ และชิ้นส่วนประจำปี
• ร่วมดำเนินการกับผู้บังคับบัญชากำหนดวิธีการและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานของฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์
• ดำเนินการควบคุมดูแลเอกสาร TS16949,ISO ในส่วนหน้างานวัตถุดิบและสินค้าสำเร็จรูป ในการ Audit ระบบ
• ดำเนินการจัดทำรายงานมูลค่าสต็อกฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์ประจำวัน
• ดำเนินการจัดทำโครงการปรับปรุงการทำงาน ฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์ ตามแผนที่ผู้บังคับบัญชาหรือการปรับปรุงกระบวนการจากหน้างานที่พบปัญหา
• ร่วมดำเนินการกำหนดนโยบายและแผนงานของหน่วยงานให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและแผนงานรวมของบริษัท
• ดำเนินการจัดหาเครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ เครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกในการทำงานของฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
• ป.ตรี วิศวกรรม สาขาโลจิสติกส์
• มีความกระตือรือร้น, ขยัน , อดทน, สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ มีทักษะการประสานงานที่ดี
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ขับรถจักรยานยนต์หรือรถยนต์ได้ มีใบขับขี่
• สัมภาษณ์แล้ว สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
