The Supervisor Sipil is responsible for monitoring and checking field requirements and progress, coordinating with the chief worker on daily work plans, coordinating production field drawings with the design division, reporting on the technical specifications of production with the design plan, executing and monitoring daily work plans, reporting on work progress and worker attendance daily, conducting regular field checks, managing work permits and handover documents with related subcontractors, checking and ensuring the quality of work as required.

• Monitoring and checking field requirements and progress
• Coordinating with the chief worker on daily work plans
• Coordinating production field drawings with the design division
• Reporting on the technical specifications of production with the design plan
• Executing and monitoring daily work plans
• Reporting on work progress and worker attendance daily
• Conducting regular field checks
• Managing work permits and handover documents with related subcontractors
• Checking and ensuring the quality of work as required

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum education of STM Bangunan / S1 and at least 3 years of experience as a supervisor
• Understanding and mastering architectural, construction, and MEP drawings and details
• Ability to coordinate with other divisions
• Ability to achieve set work targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Willing to be placed outside the island
• Must have own vehicle
• Preferably domiciled in West Jakarta and surrounding areas
• High attention to detail in checking the quality of work
