The Sales Consultant (Furniture) position in Bali involves providing excellent customer service and support in a retail furniture environment.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

คุณสมบัติ

• Have minimum SMU/Barchelor Degree of Interior Design, Architecture, Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Experience minimum one year working with customer support or retail furniture.
• Must have pleasant, professionality, responsible and trustworthy.
• Good command of spoken English.
• Willing to work shifting (Saturday & Sunday).
• Placement: Showroom VIVERE Dewi Sri - Bali
