The OD & Talent Management Specialist is responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing change management initiatives, and managing talent programs to support organizational development.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Identify areas that need improvement and development through organizational assessment.
• Implement change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
• Implement talent management programs, starting from talent identification, IDP preparation, to career planning.
• Develop and implement employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to develop appropriate action plans.
• Collect, analyze and report data related to organizational development and talent management programs.
• Collaborate with HRBP and department heads to ensure alignment of work programs with organizational needs.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum S1 in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or related HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of organizational development, talent management, and change management principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare good reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with HR software and talent management systems is a plus.
