The Project Manager Services Specialist will assist in coordinating resources for projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders while overseeing project implementation and team development.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Assist the Senior Manager, Services Operations to co-ordinate with other departments to secure resources needed for projects which are under his direct supervision.
• Understand customer needs to achieve overall project goals and objectives as well as to secure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in project meetings with various customers under his direct supervision.
• Assist the Senior Manager, Services Operations for schedules implementation to ensure smooth flow of the project implementation.
• Assist the Senior Manager, Services Operations to deliver set profit margins of projects.
• To maintain good working relationship with customers and other various Vertiv divisions and departments.
• Coordinate all the M&E services in efficient manner at site.
• Supervise, motivate, and develop his direct project team member for continual improvement and optimized performance.

คุณสมบัติ

• A Degree in Engineering fields or equivalent with minimum 7-10 years working experience in enterprise and IT industry with major involvement in project management in the turnkey data center site preparation works.
• Strong knowledge in project management techniques and good communications skills.
