Position involves overseeing purchasing and procurement activities for various products related to fitness equipment, apparel, and new products for the company's brands under Veena Group.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

- Organize and compare prices, specifications, and negotiate with suppliers both domestically and internationally to ensure quality products, best terms, and timely delivery
- Compare prices for Freight and shipping costs to obtain reasonable prices
- Check and ensure completeness of imported product details
- Coordinate import procedures and customs clearance with Freight Forwarder, Shipping, throughout transportation
- Manage product stock including receiving, issuing, and inventory
- Manage stock to be complete, orderly, and easily verifiable
- Plan product procurement, prepare reports, and analyze relevant procurement data
- Coordinate with accounting and finance departments
- Utilize SAP and MAC5 systems

คุณสมบัติ

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Supply Chain, Economics, English, or related fields
- At least 2 years of purchasing experience both domestically and internationally (especially in China)
- Proficient in Chinese language (Business Level) for listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Proficiency in English language (Business Level) is a plus
- Understanding of international procurement processes, importation, and Shipping systems
- Knowledge in cost management and stock management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities
- Good personality, adaptable, and enthusiastic
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and MAC5 programs
