The Overseas Purchasing position involves sourcing and purchasing goods and services from foreign countries while ensuring compliance with procurement governance and maintaining supplier relationships.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Sourcing and purchasing goods and services from foreign countries.
• Seek the potential local and oversea suppliers for the alternative product proposal.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, focusing on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards. Aim to secure favorable terms that align with cost-saving goals.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers. Maintain a supplier database and assess their capabilities, quality standards, and pricing competitiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends. Use market insights to make informed sourcing decisions.
• Ensure the sourcing process complies with all procurement governance.
• Report product issues and collaborate with suppliers to find solutions.
• Coordinate with related departments to smoothly operate.
• Other tasks following Manager’s assignment or company policy.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, supply chain, Chinese, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of Oversea Purchasing or Oversea Sourcing experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in the English language (speaking, reading, and writing) is an advantage.
• If can use Chinese language to communicate will be an advantage.
• Need to be able to traveling to foreign countries.
• Solid knowledge and understanding of sourcing and purchasing processes, policy, and systems.
• Strong negotiation skill, good coordinator capable work hard, proactive and quick responsible.
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing and friendly.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as SAP and advanced Microsoft Office.
