We are looking for an energetic and talented Process Engineer for our Roll Workshop Operation in Laem Chabang, Chonburi. The position reports to the Workshop Manager to drive service business growth.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Analyze, plan, design, develop, automate and implement the production process and procedures to manufacture a variety of polymeric roll covering production from various materials at competitive cost.
• Provide shop floor support and work with material vendors in the areas of technical, manufacturing process, quality control, laboratory and testing, resource utilization and development.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day shop floor problems pertaining to equipment, tools, raw materials calculation, and design. Determine the source of problems and work to resolve them.
• Review and revised design for feasibility and optimization.
• Execute a variety of projects development to the manufacturing process.
• Working closely with our Workshop Manager, Workshop Supervisors, Quality and Health, Safety and Environment teams to maximize their performance and lean process to bring reliability to Valmet by delivering best services.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor in Engineering, preferably full 4-year program, in Chemical or Materials or related field. (Polymer product such as rubber, composite or polyurethane fields are advantage).
• 1-5 years up working experiences in manufacturing process or quality control.
• Knowledge of Paper Making is advantage.
• Moderate proficiency in English communication.
• Good knowledge and experience in measurements, analysis, geometric tolerances.
• Good understanding of Quality Control tools.
• Having knowledge of statistical process control is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills and be a team player.
• Computer literacy in MS office, Engineering software i.e. Auto Cad, solid work.
• MRP or ERP (inventory control and manufacturing) would be advantage.
• Experience in quality assurance system, quality control.
