หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Maintain relationships with existing customers, get new customers (especially operators), supervise, develop and control the implementation of daily/periodic work activities of all teams under it (if any) including the distributor sales team to achieve success according to predetermined measures/performance, so that the sales target for the area under his responsibility is achieved smoothly and sustainably.
• Coordinate, supervise and direct the daily and weekly implementation of the duties of each SDT (Sales Distributor) so that sales targets are achieved smoothly and continuously.
• Create a work priority scale and weekly and monthly task completion schedule.
• Update data on all customers, market potential and competitor activity in their work areas to reposition new market mapping at the end of each quarter for each Sales's work area.
• Supervise and correct SDT weekly work planning.
• Early handling of problems that arise in the field appropriately and providing direction and examples of effective problem solving solutions including going to the field together. If it still cannot be resolved completely, you must immediately report it to your superior (Head of FS) to be given suggestions, solutions and assistance to your direct superior and related departments within the company in order to maintain/increase the market share that has been/will be achieved.
• Identify problems in the market / potential old customers, but no longer buy from the company to look for tactical solutions, strategies to approach returning / winning customers back.

• While a bachelor's degree is a plus, we highly value extensive and relevant culinary knowledge and experience. This includes working in various segments of the Indonesian food service industry, such as commercial and social chains, pubs, restaurants, or mass catering businesses (HoReCa) or as an operator.
• We seek a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude who can effectively influence and persuade others. The ability to identify and seize opportunities is also crucial.
• A passion for food and the foodservice industry, coupled with a strong knowledge base, is essential.
• We are looking for an articulate self-starter who demonstrates initiative and the drive to get things done efficiently.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel are required.
