หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Working closely with leadership team to formulate business’s medium to long term financial and strategic plan
• Lead TDG strategic planning exercise by developing long-term objectives and identifying short-term goals
• Liaise with BU heads and BU finance to build group annual budget & forecast
• Own business forecast process (revenue, EBITDA), and drive business weekly review sessions to address risks and opportunities with leadership team on a timely manner
• Recommending ways to improve operational efficiency in order to optimize costs
• Analyze business processes and develop cost saving controls
• Administer all responsible business units and analyze financial risks to recommend effective solutions
• Financial assessment of investments + ROI tracking mechanism
• Oversee month-end closing results, identify issues, analyze and evaluate monthly results against budget, forecast, and prior period
คุณสมบัติ
• Strong working business planning experience from multinational company
• Have direct experience driving a business or financial forecast/planning process/discussion with management
• High level of commercial acumen
• Fluent in English both verbal and written is a must
• Strong leadership skills with ability to drive clear business directions in a complex business environment
• Proven ability to identify issues and make recommendations to improve process/procedure to correct the root cause
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Adaptable, strong team player with outstanding communication skills
• Ability to function in a fast paced, process-based, customer-focused environment.
• Must be able to effectively interact with all levels within and outside of the organization in a professional manner
