The IT service desk engineer is responsible for providing IT support, prioritizing and resolving requests, updating documentation, and improving IT helpdesk performance. They must also communicate with other IT department members to ensure smooth operations.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Take Action requests for IT Support received by the Triumph Thailand IT Helpdesk and allocated to them by Service Desk Engineer.
• Prioritize and take action requests for IT support based upon the likely impact on the business.
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Take proactive approach to implementing long term solutions to issues raised.
• Keep the documentation for all IT Helpdesk processes up to date.
• Suggest ways to improve the IT Helpdesk's ability and performance.
• Liaise and communicate with other members of the IT Department to ensure that the Department operates as a single unit.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT related, new graduates are welcomed.
• Able to solve basic problems in PC hardware, Windows, MS-Office, and Network.
• Great customer service and teamwork attitude.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Can work shifts pattern and overtime (an early shift and night shift pattern).
