We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Manager to lead a team of pricing associates to lead the execution of our pricing strategy across all products in Traveloka. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience leading a team, and have the ability to translate data into meaningful pricing actions.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Lead the development of pricing strategies and pricing experiments across all products in Traveloka.
• Guide team members to analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer behavior to optimize pricing decisions.
• Model pricing scenarios and forecast revenue impact from pricing decisions undertaken.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for further price optimisation.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on pricing effectiveness and market trends.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in pricing analytics or related fields.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SQL, Python - are a plus.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on pricing decisions.
