The Field Collection Management Staff position at Suntower Office involves monitoring and supporting debt collection and car repossession activities, ensuring efficiency in line with company targets.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Monitor, Control, Support and advise Outsource Agent in following up debt and car repossession activities to be efficient according to company’s target.
• Support Team Leader in terms of report preparation or summarize the data related to following up activities for present to management.
• Support Team Leader in terms of following up performance control and able to give some advice to team members.
• Negotiate with customers if required and handle customers’ complaint cases.
• Support and handle all assigned tasks by team leader.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in the vehicle repossession field in the Hire-Purchase industry or related roles.
• Solid knowledge in debt collection act would be preferable.
• Able to use English both spoken and written.
• Practical in Microsoft Office especially Excel (Pivot, Vlook up and etc.).
• Having a driver's license and able to travel upcountry from time to time.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Creativity, Critical thinking, Work well under pressure and Negotiable.
