หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Management, Control and Supervise including give advice or direction to Repossession Agent (OA) in car seize procedure to be efficient and effective according to company’s target.
• Management, Control and Supervise Phone Collector (OA) in following loss on sales activities to be effective according to the target.
• Analyze data and initiate new methods or implement new effective plans to enhance collectability of bad debt recovery.
• Set target, plan and working procedure of team member including giving an advice or guideline to team members as team leader.
• Control Outsource Agent in debt following up process to comply with company’s policy, regulations and laws.
• Coordinate with the Repossession Agent (OA), such as checking debt balance, checking debtor status, submitting necessary documents, checking invoices, and negotiating debt with customers if required.
• Prepare, summarize report and prepare material for present report to Management.
• Support and handle all assigned tasks by management.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in law and/or related field.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in legal repossession management, legal process or related position would be required.
• Have a lawyer license and having knowledge in financial law, debt recovery, debt collection would be preferable.
• Experience in hire-purchase, leasing, financial institution, banking would be advantage.
• Having experience in data analysis, MIS for debt collection or legal field would be advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, data analytic tools or MIS.
• Work well under pressure, good communication, compromise, and detail oriented.
