The Accounting Officer is responsible for managing accounts payable processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• A/P invoice process
• Key in vendor invoices accurately and in a timely.
• Ensure invoices comply with company policies and tax regulations.
• Payment Process
• Preparing payment schedules and processing payments to vendors.
• Coordinate with SMBC bank or payment platforms for transaction execution.
• Maintain proper documentation for all payment transactions.
• Tax relate
• Preparing E-WHT and WHT to vendor
• Record tax invoice in A/P invoice or Payment process
• Others
• Scan invoice and payment document to google drive
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• New graduate is welcome.
• Proficient in MS Suites, Google Workspace and SAP or willing to learn.
• Comfortable or eager to work in the multinational environment.
• Communicable in English skills.
