The Shipping Officer is responsible for managing shipping documentation, liaising with various stakeholders, and assisting in logistics reporting while ensuring continuous improvements in shipping activities.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for creating of company invoice and packing list including SMS as TF system and customer system
• Handle full set of shipping documents
• Liaise with Sales op, clients and forwarders as needs
• Assist to Logistics Manager for providing the report
• Handle all garment export related activities
• Continuous improvements on shipping activities, workflow and cost effectiveness
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree, Logistics major will be preferred
• Good English Skills
• Good at Computing Skills, especially Microsoft Office Software
