We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced marketing leader to join our SMB marketing team as the Regional Lead for South East Asia. Our ultimate goal as a team is to empower new businesses and agencies to successfully start TikTok advertising and grow their business through TikTok's diverse advertising products.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Lead and develop the team of marketing managers to achieve the business goal for quality lead generation, driving new cash activated accounts through scalable marketing initiatives, programs and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate and nurture new high value SMB prospects through strategic partnerships with external partners.
• Activate leads through diverse marketing initiatives and lead nurturing programs.
• Coach and develop the marketing team members across South East Asia.
• Build, successfully execute and continuously iterate on the regional go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain a robust and reliable pipeline of new advertisers for our regional sales teams.
• Balance creative, strategic and ambitious thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Drive impact for the company and the communities we serve.

• Demonstrated success leading business development and/or sales or marketing teams, ideally in the digital advertising space.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change.
• Excited by the 'white' space and driven by targets and your people's success.
• Strong obsession with clients and data.
• Hands-on attitude and ability to pivot the business and people efficiently.
