Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited (“TTA”) is a strategic investment holding company with three primary business groups – Transport, Energy, and Infrastructure. TTA and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) have provided shipping-related services since 1904, dry-bulk shipping services since 1985, and offshore oil and gas services since 1995. In 2009, the Group added fertilizer production, coal mining, and end-to-end coal logistics in its business portfolio.
The Group’s strategic objectives depend on prudent and efficient management of its business groups and their operations as to enable it to continuously expand its businesses, improve its service offerings, and service its dept repayments. TTA intends to achieve balanced and consistent growth across all three business groups by seeking and evaluating strategic opportunities that meet or exceed its targeted long-term returns on capital.

• Assist the CEO: Work closely with the CEO to support strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations on emerging trends, business opportunities, and potential investments to drive business growth.
• Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning and integration of complex projects across multiple teams within the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Investment Strategy Development: Propose and develop investment strategies that align with Global Trends and Mega Trends that could impact the business.
• Trend Monitoring and Analysis: Study and keep up with emerging trends, such as Cryptocurrency and Blockchain, to incorporate strategic planning adjustments.
• Business Networking and Expansion: Explore market opportunities and joint ventures to expand business networks and access financial resources.
• Team Leadership and Development: Support the development of team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge, especially in business development and investment.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields, such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related areas.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a project management role or similar positions within Business Development and Investment.
• Knowledge and understanding of Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Global Trends, and Mega Trends.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and professional presentation skills.
• Passion for keeping up with new trends and adapting to changes in the global market.
• Proven ability to work effectively with executive leadership and provide strategic support.
