General Affair Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office assets and facilities, including repair and maintenance processes.
• Manage requests for employee needs, such as stationery, work uniforms, kitchen needs, operational needs, low-value assets, etc.
• Communicate with vendors or third parties related to the General Affair process.
• Assist in arranging transportation and accommodation for employee business trips.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
คุณสมบัติ
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
• Good Integrity, Minimum D3 Administration/Office Management
• Have the ability to operate computer (Microsoft, Windows) collaborate and work under matrix organisation structure
• Able to speak English actively and passively, Have experience dealing with people
• Fresh graduate but experienced is preferred
