The Siam Gypsum Industry (SGI) or “Elephant Gypsum Board” was established in July 1982 to manufacture and supply gypsum wall and ceiling solutions. It categorizes Elephant Gypsum Board products into 6 categories: gypsum boards, gypsum tiles, metal profiles, gypsum compounds, gypsum partition systems, and accessories for walls and ceilings. In 2021, Elephant Gypsum Board changed its main shareholders and entered into a joint venture with Knauf, the world's leading building materials company, and Siam Cement Group (SCG), the leading innovative construction materials and chemicals company in Thailand.
Elephant Gypsum Board currently operates three factories and has a production capacity of more than 100 million square meters of gypsum boards per year, allowing it to meet the needs of customers throughout the country, including customers in more than 28 countries. The factory is located in SIL Industrial Estate, which has two factories in Saraburi province and one in Southern Industrial Estate Chalung in Songkhla, with the head office in Bangkok. Our dedicated management teams and staff are eager to provide product expertise on the entire range of system solutions, ceiling systems, and internal wall systems.

เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• รับผิดชอบในการเปิดและปรับปรุงข้อมูลหลักของร้านค้า รวมถึงติดตามเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ตรวจสอบบิลหรือเอกสารการซื้อ คีย์ข้อมูล จัดทำรายงาน และตรวจสอบยอดการซื้อก่อนทำการขออนุมัติการชำระเงิน
• ค้นหา Supplier และจัดทำข้อมูลเพื่อเปรียบเทียบราคาสินค้าและบริการต่าง ๆ
• ประสานงานและออกเอกสารใบสั่งซื้อ (PR) รับวางบิล (GR/PRQ) และจัดทำ Settlement สำหรับการชำระเงินในระบบ SAP รวมถึงเคลียร์ภาษีและติดตามเอกสารการเงินต่าง ๆ
• จัดเตรียมและแพ็คสินค้าของแถมและแคตตาล็อก ตรวจสอบสต็อก และเตรียมการจัดส่งให้ถูกต้องตามกำหนดเวลา
• สื่อสารกับลูกค้า ดูแลข้อมูลต่าง ๆ และตรวจสอบบิลหรือเอกสารการซื้อผ่าน Line OA
• รวบรวมข้อมูลการ Survey จากลูกค้าผ่านวิธีการต่าง ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับแผนกต่าง ๆ เช่น การตลาด บัญชีการเงิน และโรงงาน โดยเฉพาะทีมขายที่ต้องติดต่อกันในแต่ละวัน
• สามารถออกทริปต่างจังหวัดได้เป็นครั้งคราว เช่น การจัดงาน Marketing Event หรือ Market Survey
คุณสมบัติ
• ปริญญาตรีในสาขาการตลาด ธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีทักษะความชำนาญในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และ Canva
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
• มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดีและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้
• มีความทุ่มเทและใส่ใจในการทำงานให้เสร็จตามภารกิจและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
• มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการหรือเป็นผู้ช่วยงานขายและการตลาด
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในด้านการตลาดหรือสนับสนุนงานขาย
