The Process Development Engineer (Food) is responsible for leading the design and execution of new processing strategies, driving innovation in product development, and optimizing manufacturing processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Lead the design and execution of new processing strategies and oversee project management activities.
• Drive innovation through the development of new products and improvement of existing product lines, including formulation and prototype creation.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to innovation and operations teams.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance cost efficiency, product quality, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless product development and production performance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing technical knowledge to encourage team growth and foster innovation.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering, Food Engineering, or related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Process Improvement, or Quality Improvement in Food Industry; experience in the starch or modified starch industry is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of food ingredients, processing technologies, and industry standards.
• Proficient in engineering principles, food science, food chemistry, and food safety practices (e.g., HACCP, FSSC 22000).
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English.
• Able to travel upcountry (Thai Wah Factory - Northeastern Area)
