TVO is Southeast Asia's largest soybean oilseed processor, governing four crushing facilities and refineries in Thailand. TVO OIL utilizes soybean over 2,000,000 tons annually which can convert to cooking oil up to 400,000 tons per year. Founded in 1968, by the VITAYATANAGORN FAMILY. TVO has been publicly listed in Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1990. We have 4 Business Units. Feed, Consumer Cooking Oil, Industrial Cooking Oil, Import and Export Soybean and Soybean Oil. เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Production Manager- Oil Packaging lines to lead and optimize our oil packaging operations. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovative initiatives and advance your career to the next level!

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Oversee and manage daily operations of oil packaging lines, ensuring efficiency and product quality.
• Lead and support teams in achieving optimal production performance and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze workflows and implement improvements to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all packaging processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in production management, particularly in packaging operations.
• Strong background in production management, with specific experience in packaging operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or other ERP systems, and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Knowledge of production machinery and packaging technologies is advantageous.
