สร้าง/ลบ/แก้ไข/ทวนสอบ ผู้ใช้งานในระบบ AD,Internet,E-mail,CCTV
ดูแลอุปกรณ์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศให้ใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ใช้ในการใช้งานอุปกรณ์/ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
แก้ไขปัญหาในการใช้งานอุปกรณ์/ระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของผู้ใช้งาน
