Production Engineer
เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Oversee the entire production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demands.
• Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate with production teams, including training and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage resources effectively to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Prepare reports and present production performance to management.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production management, preferably in industry Automotive & Motorcycle.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and process optimization.
• Proficient in production management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
