We are a Thai limited company which was registered with a capital of 300 million baht.
In 2021, Thai Rayong Glove Products ZouPure Company Ltd. (TGP) is established by an experienced board of directors who have expertise in managing a large scale of manufacturing, controlling qualitative products and exporting products to worldwide.
We produce Nitrile and Latex Glove. Our Factory is located in Rayong Province, Thailand. We operate four glove production lines with full capacity of 11 million boxes per year. Total Factory Investment is approximately 1,000 million baht (32.5 million $USD).
We have our own Glove brand, named “ZouPure Glove”.
We are also an original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
“ZouPure Glove” management team has more than 20 years in glove manufacturing experience.
เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• รับผิดชอบควบคุมพนักงาน ให้บรรจุถุงมือ ให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนด
• ควบคุมการแพ็คถุงมือให้ตรงตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ ทันเวลาการส่งมอบ
• ควบคุมพนักงานในทีมให้ปฏิบัติงานตามขั้นตอนการทำงานและกฎระเบียบของบริษัทฯ
• ควบคุม ดูแล และติดตามสอนงานผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อให้ปฏิบัติงานอย่างถูกต้องและมีความปลอดภัย ทั้งผลิตภัณฑ์ ตัวของพนักงานเอง และทรัพย์สินของบริษัท
• ควบคุมดูแลและให้คำแนะนำผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ทำตามขั้นตอนปฏิบัติงาน (PM/WI/SD/FM) ของแผนก
• จัดทำรายงานการผลิตให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติ
• จบการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี
• มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์
• มีความเป็นผู้นำ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• ไม่มีความผิดปกติของสายตา ด้านตาบอดสี
• มีความอดทน ขยันและมีความตั้งใจในการทำงาน
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านโรงงานถุงมือในส่วนของแผนกบรรจุถุงมือ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
