The Production Engineer is responsible for improving production performance and product quality through effective planning, monitoring, and control of daily production activities.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Understand desirable targets and expectations on Corporate and Production performance
• Find objective of improvement, recovery/ problem solving and perform Planning, Survey and investigating, experiment study, data analysis
• Formulate the action plan to improve production performance and product quality
• Manage, monitor and control daily production and develop production key monitoring reports
• Understand production capacities, lead time, cycle time, takt time and constraint and be able to optimize all significance resources
• Understand to set up process control and process audit to make sure the conformity of the process
• Understand and simplify production planning to manage and improve production efficiency
• Able to run small group of improvement activity with Supervisor and Foreman or other team
• Able to run small group of brainstorm meeting activity and perform in Engineering presentation
• Enhance safety consciousness and awareness in the workplace

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related fields.
• 1-3 years of production working experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• English skills
