Thai Meira manufactures and supplies High Strength bolts, Precision Fastening parts and Cold Forming parts. Our main customer is the automotive industry, where our products are used as critical links for engine, brake, suspension and chassis components. We supply our products and services to customers not only in Thailand, but also in other countries, as well as to customers in other industries.

The Marketing Leader will be responsible for overseeing new projects, customer relationships, and performance metrics while ensuring compliance with quality management systems.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Being responsible for new projects including those relating to cost, controlling and timelines.
• Checking monthly forecast and adjusting to minimize gap between actual and forecast before release to other section.
• Sourcing new customers, building business networks and relationships.
• Customer satisfaction survey and prior analyze and evaluate data then, coming out with corrective action.
• Monthly report to Chief & Manager for the customer plan and sale data.
• Manage & control internal and external document base on TS16949.
• Propose KPI for marketing staff and review the performance follow KPI then report to Chief or Manager.
• Supporting participation to occupational health & Safety policy and Quality Management system ISO14001, ISO45001 and IATF 16949.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience Marketing in Automotive or Manufacturing Industry.
• Can communicate with English (Written, Read, Speak) in Good level.
• Leadership, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, and Teamwork.
