As a HRBP, you will act as a point of contact for holistic people agenda, you will work closely to business area to assure the business unit achieve targets, You get to work with the business area to establish and introduce HR programs leads to the best class of employees experience.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage and monitor HR Reporting and Foundation. Manage people movement, documentations of organization structure, job description, and reporting of staffing, attrition and movement.
• Performance Management and guideline to employees in managing their KPI setting, check-in, performance conversation, performance appraisal, talent identification and succession management.
• HR Strategies - Provide necessary actions and recommendations on people strategies for respective business units and business leaders.
• Execute all People policy, agendas, tools, solutions, and initiatives to designate functions in order to reach business strategies, annual plan and align with HR strategies and directions.
• To be an executives' consultant in the part of HR related issues.

คุณสมบัติ

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a HR Professional in a commercially driven organization, experience in retails related industry would be a plus.
• Proven success in driving HR topics including: employee engagement, employee relations, talent management and recruitment.
• Superior presentation and communication skills with ability to influence and interact across all levels of employee.
• Proven experience working in a complex, commercial organization and/or consulting role that requires detail orientation, sound judgment and strong analytical skills.
• IT skills including MS-Office and related HR systems/databases.
