The Legal Manager - Commercial / Property is responsible for overseeing legal compliance in real estate projects, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations while supporting various departments within the company.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Oversee legal compliance for all real estate construction and development projects, all operational real estate projects and other such businesses that the Company shall engage in.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, notices and legal documents, providing recommendations to business teams on behalf of the Company including sale and purchase agreements for land, construction and project management agreements, day-to-day agreements customary to organizations, joint venture and shareholder agreements.
• Keep abreast of changes to all Thai laws related to the Company’s business such as real estate, land, building control, laws on land subdivision, etc., and provide timely updates to the top management team so that changes can be reviewed against our existing and future business operations.
• Support and facilitate coordination with other departments and external firms.
• Review and advise on documents to ensure they are accurate, comply with company policies, corporate governance, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage, control, and ensure the systematic management and organization of legal documents.
• Lead, mentor, and train subordinate staff by providing development opportunities, supervising legal matters, delivering training programs, and evaluating performance to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and continuous improvement.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Law.
• At least 10 years of significant legal experience in corporate Law, negotiating commercial contracts, and liaising with government departments on compliance and license matters.
• Strong background in Asset Management, Land & Real Estate Law.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
