หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Complete data entry of contacts into Database System
• Coordinate the distribution of a monthly newsletter
• Assist in the creation of presentations and collateral sales material
• Schedule and promote marketing events, on and off-site
• Assist in social media management
• Making phone calls to follow-up on emails and promotional material
• Attending events to promote the company
• Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements
คุณสมบัติ
• High school diploma is required but an Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
• Strong computer skills including all aspects of MS Office with an emphasis on database management and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
• Strong attention to detail and record keeping
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to solve practical problems in a quick and timely manner and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in a written or oral form
