เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Prepare documents according to the customer's process for registering a new partner.
• Prepare the contract draft upon receipt of the purchase order document.
• Prepare invoices in accordance with billing policies and guidelines as well as customers' guidelines and ensure that final invoices being sent to the customers accurately and on time.
• Prepare supporting documents for invoicing as required, such as delivery notes.
• Monitor and coordinate with customers for payment collection to ensure that payment have been made on due date.
• Prepare cash related reports in accordance with the company's policies.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer contract renewals to ensure they are completed within the specified timeframe.
• Resolve problematic issues relating to billing and ensure consideration of impact of the recommendations when making decisions or resolutions.
• Support and work with internal counterparts on billing related issues and regularly report to relevant stakeholders on the AR status and issues.
• Assist with VAT reconciliation between systems and local VAT filing.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and GL related.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements to provide support to audit processes.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or related fields.
• Knowledge of Accounting, Financial, Budgeting, VAT or related areas.
• Must have 2-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance.
• Competent in English.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Have Communication Skill.
• Have Positive Mindset.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with financial accounting software.
