The Executive Secretary will manage the executive's calendar, handle correspondence, and coordinate meetings while serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

• Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, draft emails, and prepare documents on behalf of the executive.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks and initiatives.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
• Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and corporate functions attended by the executive.
• Prepare and submit VISA applications and related travel documents.
• Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring all necessary supplies and resources are available.
• Handle personal tasks and errands for the executive as needed.

• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary for at least 5 years.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Highly proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executive.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and English.
