หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Act as the primary point of contact for external outsourcing vendors, ensuring their understanding of the company’s hiring needs and quality expectations.
• Communicate clear job requirements, qualifications, and expectations to vendors to ensure that only suitable candidates are submitted.
• Coordinate with vendors on candidate screenings, interviews, and selection processes to ensure alignment with internal hiring standards.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews (in collaboration with vendors) to assess qualifications, work experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth candidate onboarding, including managing documentation, orientation, and job readiness.
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate recruitment documentation, including candidate profiles, and interview feedback.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and share updates on recruitment progress.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or other related majors.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships and work with internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple outsourcing vendors and open requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment, particularly in FMCG, Startup, or similar industries.
• Ability to analyze data and trends related to vendor performance and recruitment outcomes.
