In this role, you will lead and manage an audio transcription project from initiation through completion.
You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading your team of Thai Data Annotators to label our client’s data to improve their Machine Learning models.
You will be working closely with the Head of Delivery who will guide you and provide additional resources should you need them.
In addition, you will receive support from the Project Delivery Manager throughout the project management process as well as hiring support from Community Associates when recruiting for annotators.
While this is a 3-month contract, your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of cutting-edge AI solutions, playing a pivotal part in transforming the AI landscape. Responsibilities
- In charge of end-to-end operations to ensure the project is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Plan the project timeline and execute project within client guidelines
- Source and recruit data annotators who are fluent in Thai.
- Manage and complete project administrative tasks in line with client and internal standards.
- Provide guidance to our remote annotators with their challenges and/or questions via our internal communication platforms, including resolving project-specific queries.
- Perform thorough quality checks for optimal accuracy.

Qualifications
- Possess or working towards a relevant degree such as Business Studies, Analytics, Computer Science, BA or other professional degree.
- Technically competent in Google Workspace, including spreadsheets. A basic knowledge of any programming language would be a bonus but not necessary.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and reliability.
- An outcome-driven individual with a high level of commitment, integrity, and an excellent "can do" working attitude.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities with efficient time management skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English and Thai
