We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling order processing, and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide support.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor order progress and coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
คุณสมบัติ
• Previous experience in logistics is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
