ตำแหน่ง Die-Setter มีหน้าที่ในการติดตั้งและดูแลแม่พิมพ์ รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• ติดตั้ง, ถอด, เปลี่ยน และจัดเก็บแม่พิมพ์ตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
• แก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องฉีดตามข้อบกพร่องในการผลิต
• เตรียม/เติมวัตถุดิบ (เม็ดพลาสติก) ตามแผนประจำวัน
• ติดตั้งเครื่องมือและ Robot ตามแผนงาน
• ออกใบงานแจ้งซ่อมแม่พิมพ์และเครื่องมือ
• สนับสนุน, ให้ความร่วมมือ และมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตฐานและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน โดยมีความตระหนักด้านคุณภาพ และ 5ส.
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านงานฉีดพลาสติก หรืองานแม่พิมพ์ อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานงานติดตั้งแม่พิมพ์ หรือ งานซ่อมบำรุงแม่พิมพ์
• สามารถใช้งาน เครน ได้ หากมีใบประกาศนียบัตรจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
