As a leading provider of smart building solutions in Thailand, Metthier is revolutionizing how people live and work. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our expanding team and contribute to our continued growth.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Hunt for new business: Identify and acquire new clients who can benefit from Metthier's innovative solutions, including our Smart Building Platform, Smart Security as a Service, and Smart Facility Management.
• Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in various sectors, including corporate, real estate, and hospitality.
• Present and persuade: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Metthier's services.
• Close deals: Negotiate contracts, secure agreements, and exceed sales targets.
• Be a trusted advisor: Provide expert consultation to clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the smart building industry.

คุณสมบัติ

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Experience in the technology, real estate, or facility management industries is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
