The Head of General Affairs and K3 is responsible for overseeing general operational tasks such as cleaning, catering, building maintenance, security, water facilities, operational vehicles, and ensuring smooth operations. They are also in charge of vendor management, evaluation, and maintenance of communication tools and AC units. Additionally, they handle permits for the factory and coordinate K3-related matters.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Ensure smooth operation of general tasks such as cleaning, catering, building maintenance, security, water facilities, and operational vehicles
• Manage vendor selection and evaluation for communication tools and AC maintenance
• Coordinate repair work for buildings, drains, and roads in the factory area
• Check and report accounting department on electricity, telephone, water, security, and other general costs
• Coordinate and manage permits for the factory such as IMB site, Amdal Steam Boiler, Diesel, Electricity, Forklift, wells, etc.
• Handle K3 permits for work in the factory
• Plan, implement, and supervise K3 activities
• Assess departmental risks (HIRADC) and monitor HIRADC reports.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a GA and K3 Supervisor
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while providing regular reports to superiors
• Location: Nganjuk, East Java
