The Area Sales Manager Pakan Ikan is responsible for planning and executing sales strategies for fish feed in the assigned area, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing feedback to management, and coordinating with relevant departments.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Plan sales of fish feed in the assigned area according to set targets.
• Plan and conduct visits to customers in the assigned area.
• Ensure completeness of customer administration according to SOP.
• Provide input to management regarding customer conditions and field-related information.
• Provide guidance to subordinate teams.
• Coordinate with relevant departments in resolving field issues.
• Prepare periodic reports related to sales in the assigned area.
• Responsible for company assets used.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Fisheries.
• Experience in Sales/Marketing in the Fisheries industry.
• Good track record in leading teams, at least as a Sales Supervisor for 5 years.
• Able to work with high mobility.
• Able to drive a car and have a valid driver's license (SIM A).
• Cover the area of Northern Sumatra.
