หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

- Experienced working in various fields such as private law, company and trade law, foreign business and investment law (DBD, BoI, FBL), real estate business, civil case, immigration and alien law, Labor law, and PDPA law.

- Coordinate with government agencies and internal departments.

- Be a part of PDPA working group as DPO.

- Be a part of Labor Relations group to advise between company and employees.

- Execute various litigation assigned by the company.

- Drafting contracts, legal documents and check important company documents.

- Providing legal advice to the company.

- Investigate witnesses - proceed as a lawyer until the end of the court.

- Other legal work assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

Gender: Male, Female (Thai nationality only)

Age: 30 - 40 Years Old

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Faculty of Law or related fields (must have lawyers license)

Experience: At least 3 - 5 Years

Language: Fluent in Thai and English

Computer: Good skills in MS-Office and other related program

Working skills: Carefully, responsible with excellent communicate and problem solving skill

Others: Must have car and driving license
